ROOFING CREW NEEDED

We are a home improvement company selling residential roofs and we need to add another roof CREW to subcontract our jobs out to. General license okay if familiar with pulling roof permits. We are looking for an additional crew with the ability to install 2-3 roofs per month. Your must be licensed and insured with a clean CSLB record. Must have ability to tarp your project immediately should there be an un-forecasted rain. License must be older than two years.
The main roof type we sell to our customers is Owens Corning Duration shingles. All of the jobs we give you are the same shingle and we don't do tile. We pay $525 a square labor including materials (Owens Corning Duration shingles) for the basic project, plus extras such as wood replacement, extra layers, and cost of permit. Basic project is single layer tear off and haul away, starter row, ice and water barrier at valleys, underlayment, drip edge, ventilation, and install Owens Corning Duration shingles. Also must be insured and have ability to do couple of torch down flat roofs a year Good work and reliability will get you and your crew 2-3 jobs a month all year long.
