You Must Have
1. Experience in Residential Re-Roofing - Composition, TPO and Metal
2. Must do High Quality, Clean work
3. Must have one person that speaks English
4. The Crew leader must have the experience talking to customers
5. Good driving record
6. Great customer service skills
7. Willingness to learn new products
8. Good organization skills
9. Respect and Pride for the industry
10. No sub-contractors
