### Prescott, Arizona | Immediate Hire | Multi-Role Position
**Established local roofing company in beautiful Prescott, Arizona is looking for an experienced, dependable roofing professional who can truly wear several hats and do well in all of them.**
We are looking for someone with **hands-on roofing knowledge AND strong estimating/sales abilities** who can step into a multifaceted role and become an important part of our team.
### THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
You are an experienced roofer who understands what it takes to properly inspect, estimate, sell, coordinate, and get a roofing project across the finish line.
**Strong knowledge of:**
- Shingle roofing
- Tile roofing
- Metal roofing
- TPO / low-slope roofing
- Roof coatings
- Roof repairs
- Residential re-roofing
- Commercial roofing is a BIG plus
We need someone who can jump between responsibilities and keep things moving and put out fires.
**Responsibilities may include:**
- Preparing accurate roofing estimates and job costs in office setting reading plans
- Reading plans and specifications with some coaching, willing to teach a person that is wanting to grow with us
- Estimating residential re-roofs
- Commercial estimating and commercial jobs plan reading — **bonus**
- Meeting with homeowners and customers or over the phone closing deals and follow up
- Providing professional recommendations and selling roofing projects
- Measuring roofs and determining materials/labor requirements, again teachable and eager to learn
- Coordinating jobs and communicating with crews, customers, and vendors
- Picking up materials, supplies, or equipment when needed and delivering to jobsites
- Running job-related errands
- Helping solve problems in the field
- Wearing whatever hat is needed to get the job done
We want a **well-rounded roofing professional** who understands the industry from the field to the office and can confidently handle a variety of responsibilities and if we train and teach them, they will remain and grow with our company.

- Proven roofing experience
- Strong knowledge of multiple roofing systems
- Accurate estimating and job-costing skills
- Ability to read plans and specifications
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Valid driver's license and good driving record, drug free workplace
- Ability to work independently and make good decisions
- Someone who takes pride in their work and follows through
**Compensation is based on experience and overall skill set**
