Roofing Field Technician – Family-Owned Rockville Co, 70 Years Strong

Central Exteriors, a family-owned home improvement company in Rockville, MD, has been serving the DC area since 1956. We're one of the top-rated exterior remodeling companies around, and we're looking for an experienced Field Technician to join our team.

What you'll do:

- Evaluate and repair sloped asphalt shingle roofs (flat roof experience a plus, not required)
Quality checks after roofing and siding jobs

• Minor carpentry — fascias, soffits, rake boards
• Represent us well in customers' homes — first impressions matter

What you need:

• 5+ years direct roofing experience (shingle install/repair, flashing repair, pipe collars, metal work)
• Solid ladder skills
• Clean driving record — you'll drive a company truck to appointments
• Strong customer service skills and a high level of integrity
• Comfortable using basic apps on your phone for scheduling/job info
