ROOFING FOREMAN

BMC Roofing Inc. is looking for an experienced, dependable Roofing Foreman to join our team in Albuquerque.

We are looking for someone who knows roofing, can lead a crew, and takes pride in doing quality work. This is a hands-on position for someone who can manage a job from start to finish while keeping the crew productive, safe, and on schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage roofing crews on residential and commercial projects
• Oversee daily jobsite operations and production
• Ensure work is completed correctly and according to BMC standards
• Train and direct crew members
• Communicate with office staff, customers, and subcontractors as needed
• Monitor materials and jobsite needs
• Maintain a clean and safe jobsite
• Identify and address roofing issues in the field
• Complete final quality checks before leaving the job

Requirements:

• Roofing experience required
• Previous foreman or crew-lead experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems and installation practices
• Able to read and understand scopes of work
• Reliable and dependable
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Able to work outdoors and perform physical roofing work when needed
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be willing to take responsibility for the quality and progress of your jobs
