Federal Roofing Company residential roofing contractor specializing in high-quality roofing systems throughout Oklahoma. We are looking for an experienced Commercial Roofing Foreman to lead crews safely and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship.

Position Summary

The Roofing Foreman will oversee daily field operations, coordinate crews, ensure quality installation, maintain job site safety, and communicate with project managers to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Required Experience

Applicants must have hands-on experience installing and supervising the installation of:

TPO Roofing Systems

PVC Roofing Systems

Modified Bitumen Roofing (Cold Process)

Modified Bitumen Roofing (Hot Asphalt Process)

Commercial roof repairs and leak diagnostics

Roof insulation systems and cover boards

Flashing details, penetrations, curbs, drains, edge metal, and terminations

Preferred Experience

Asphalt shingle roofing

Metal shingle systems

Standing seam metal roofing systems

Roof coatings

Service and maintenance work

Crane picks and equipment coordination

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise commercial roofing crews

Read and interpret blueprints and specifications

Maintain OSHA safety standards

Ensure projects meet manufacturer installation requirements

Coordinate material deliveries and equipment

Train and mentor crew members

Complete daily job reports

Maintain productivity while delivering quality workmanship

Communicate with project managers and customers professionally

Ensure projects are completed on schedule

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years commercial roofing experience

Previous foreman or crew leadership experience preferred

Valid driver's license with reliable transportation

Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work at heights

Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements

Ability to operate lifts, telehandlers, and other roofing equipment

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to travel when required
