**ROOFING FOREMAN / CREW LEAD – $350–$400/DAY**

TMix Roofing is looking for an experienced **Residential Roofing Foreman** to lead one of our crews in the Portland metro area.

**Pay: $350–$400/day, based on experience**

We're looking for someone who:

• Has strong residential roofing experience
• Can effectively lead and manage a 4–6 person crew
• Understands tear-off, shingles, flashing, valleys, vents and decking
• Takes responsibility for quality, safety, materials and jobsite cleanup
• Is dependable and communicates well with the office and crew
• Has a valid driver's license
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus
