Roofing Foremen Needed

Position Type: Full-Time, Year-Round
Compensation: Competitive - Based on experience & specialization

Qualifications & Requirements for Foreman Position:

• Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on roofing experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership/foreman role preferred.
• Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of Western PA roofing systems.
• License: Valid PA Driver’s License with a clean driving record (required to drive company truck).
• Physical: Ability to climb ladders, walk steep roofs, lift up to 50–80 lbs., and work in varying Pittsburgh weather conditions.
• Communication: Ability to lead a crew professionally and communicate clearly with supervisors and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise production or service crew on daily jobs.
• Oversee installations: Slate, Tile, Copper, Shingles, Metal, and Flat Roofs.
• Monitor material inventory and request supplemental orders to prevent delays.
• Communicate project status directly with superiors at end of day.
• Complete pre/post-job photo documentation.
• Document materials used, time on site, and fill out time cards.
