We are seeking experienced Roofing Installers and Roofing Crews for residential roofing projects throughout South Florida.

We are looking for skilled, reliable crews with experience installing shingle, tile, and metal roofing systems. Qualified subcontractors must have the proper insurance, equipment, manpower, and experience to complete projects safely and professionally.

REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience installing residential roofing
Experience with shingle, tile, and metal roofing
General Liability Insurance REQUIRED
Workers’ Compensation Insurance REQUIRED
Must provide current Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
Proper licensing/qualifications required
Own tools, equipment, and transportation
Reliable crew and ability to meet scheduled installation dates
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Ability to maintain a clean and safe job site
Professional interaction with homeowners and project representatives
RESPONSIBILITIES
Complete roofing installations according to project specifications
Properly install shingle, tile, and metal roofing systems
Follow manufacturer specifications and applicable building requirements
Properly install underlayment, flashing, vents, penetrations, and other roofing components
Protect customer property during installation
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Identify and communicate material or installation issues
Complete projects within established timelines
Perform quality-control checks before project completion
