Hawaiian Built Roofing is hiring an experienced Roof Installer to join our residential roofing team.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, works safely, and can install roofing systems efficiently. If you're dependable, have roofing experience, and want to work with a company that values craftsmanship, we'd like to talk with you.

Employees report to our Boise shop each morning and ride in company vehicles to the job site. You do **not** need to use your personal vehicle for work.

### Responsibilities

• Install asphalt shingle roofing systems from start to finish
• Install underlayments, ice and water shield, flashings, ridge vent, and accessories
• Follow manufacturer specifications and local building codes
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Work efficiently with the crew to complete projects on schedule
• Identify and communicate any roof deck or structural issues

### Qualifications

• Residential roofing installation experience required
• Ability to work safely on steep roofs and ladders
• Knowledge of proper roofing installation techniques
• Able to lift 75+ pounds and perform physical outdoor work
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Valid driver's license is a plus
