Roofing Laborer

• Must live within a 25-mile radius of Sanford FL.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Job Duties:
1) Responsible for assisting lead technician in locating leaks and performing roof repairs and
maintenance on all roof systems including but not limited to cold applied BUR, torch applied
Modified Bitumen, EPDM, Heat Welded TPO/PVC Membranes, Coatings, and slope
(tile/shingles/metal).
2) Must have reliable transportation to get to work each day.
3) Must complete a successful background check and pre-employment drug test and physical.
4) Must not be afraid of heights.
5) Lift up to 50 pounds.
6) Ability to work well with others and be team oriented.
7) Maintain professional interaction with all customers and fellow employees.
8) Assist lead technician in keeping a clean well-stocked truck.
9) Computer and Smart phone skills extremely helpful.
10) Possess good judgement, attention to detail, and follows instructions.
12) Be reliable, dependable, show up on time and adhere to our safety protocol.
