Roofing Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Roofing Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial roofing projects from start to finish. Working directly with the Owner, you'll ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and with exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Manage residential and commercial roofing projects from contract signing through completion.
Meet with homeowners, builders, and commercial clients to assess roofing needs and prepare proposals for re-roof and new construction roofing projects.
Collaborate with office staff to schedule crews, subcontractors, inspections, and material deliveries.
Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor quality, safety, and progress.
Communicate with homeowners, subcontractors, suppliers, and the Owner throughout each project.
Resolve jobsite issues quickly and keep projects moving forward.
Maintain project schedules, budgets, change orders, and project documentation.
Perform final walkthroughs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Lead by example and be willing to assist in the field when needed.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of residential and/or commercial roofing project management experience.
Strong knowledge of shingle, metal, tile, and flat roofing systems.
Experience with scheduling, estimating, material ordering, and job costing.
Ability to read plans, scopes of work, and contracts.
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
