POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced, bilingual Roofing Project Manager & Estimator to lead our field operations. This is a hands on leadership role for someone who has spent real time on roofs, knows how to manage a crew and communicate with customers, and is ready to take responsibility for site assessments, estimates, and project execution from start to finish. You will work alongside our production team to make sure every job is done right, on time, and to Roofing Angels’ standards. The ideal candidate is a roofing expert who can assess a roof and identify what needs to be done, with the leadership and communication skills to run multiple job sites and represent Roofing Angels professionally with every homeowner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

*Conduct roof assessments and inspections at job sites, and translate findings into accurate scopes of work and estimates
*Manage active roofing projects from kickoff through completion, including scheduling, crew coordination, and material logistics
*Supervise and support field crews, ensuring work meets quality, safety, and code standards
*Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on active jobs. Set expectations, communicate proactively, and resolve issues before they escalate
*Perform quality control walkthroughs and manage the punch list and closeout process on every job
*Identify, document, and relay change orders to sales or contractors, and ensure approvals are documented
*Schedule and coordinate final inspections, including confirming ladder setups
*Enforce job site safety practices and OSHA compliance
*Partner with production and sales teams to keep jobs on schedule and on budget
*Maintain current records of project progress in company tracking tools such as AccuLynx
*Serve as a technical resource on roofing systems, materials, and installation best practices

QUALIFICATIONS

*Minimum of five years of hands on roofing labor experience in residential or commercial roofing, including direct crew management and customer interaction
*Deep working knowledge of roofing materials, installation methods, code requirements, and common failure points
*Bilingual in English and Spanish required
*Proven ability to manage multiple active job sites at once
*Experience with AccuLynx or similar project management software preferred
*Strong communication and organizational skills; comfortable with homeowners, adjusters, and crews
*Comfortable on a roof and working at heights in typical weather conditions
*Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
*OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred, or willingness to obtain
*A track record of taking responsibility for each job and following through

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

*Ability to climb ladders and work at heights for extended periods
*Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
*Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
*Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk on uneven and sloped surfaces for extended periods

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

*$65,000 to $120,000 annually in base salary plus commission, with the final package based on experience
