What You'll Be Doing
✅Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, networking, and company-provided leads.
✅Perform residential roof inspections for storm, wind, and hail damage.
✅Meet with homeowners to explain the insurance restoration process from start to finish.
✅Create accurate estimates using Xactimate.
✅Prepare and submit insurance supplements and supporting documentation.
✅Work directly with insurance adjusters throughout the claims process.
✅Represent NLRC Roofing with professionalism, honesty, and integrity at all times.

Compensation & Benefits:
✨ Commission-Based Position
✨ Expected Annual Earnings: $60,000 - $200,000+
✨ Paid via Direct Deposit

Required Qualifications:

🌟Roofing sales and insurance restoration experience
🌟Proficiency with Xactimate & CompanyCAM & Acculynx (this is a requirement) - Experience writing estimates and submitting supplements
🌟Knowledge of insurance claim documentation
🌟Excellent communication skills
🌟Ability to manage multiple projects
🌟Valid driver's license
🌟Reliable, insured vehicle
🌟Smartphone or tablet with internet access
🌟Ability to work outdoors - in the cold and heat
🌟Must pass a background check
🌟Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
