Roofing License Qualifier Needed – Florida (Pay Negotiable)

We are an established roofing company in the Tampa Bay / Pinellas County area seeking a licensed Florida Roofing Contractor to act as our qualifying agent.

About us:

• Local roofing contractor based in Pinellas County
• Residential and light commercial roofing focus
• Strong emphasis on code compliance, quality, and customer satisfaction

What we’re looking for:

• Active Florida Roofing Contractor license (state certified or registered, in good standing)
• Willing to qualify our roofing business in compliance with Florida DBPR requirements
• Available for reasonable oversight of operations and permitting as required by law

Responsibilities:

• Serve as qualifying agent for our company with DBPR and local jurisdictions
• Provide supervision and oversight of roofing work as required under Florida statutes
• Assist with license-related compliance, renewals, and documentation

Compensation:

• Pay to be negotiated based on involvement (monthly retainer, per-job percentage, or hybrid)
• Formal written qualifier agreement to define responsibilities and protect both parties
