Established roofing company is seeking an experienced Roof Repair Estimator / Project Manager for Pensacola and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect residential and commercial roof leaks and damage
• Diagnose the source of leaks and recommend proper repairs
• Take measurements, photographs, and detailed job notes
• Prepare repair estimates and scopes of work
• Meet with homeowners, property managers, and real estate professionals
• Coordinate repair crews and confirm completed work
• Follow up with customers and help close approved estimates

Requirements:

• Roofing repair and estimating experience
• Knowledge of shingle, metal, tile, modified-bitumen, and flat-roof systems
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and smartphone
• Professional appearance and good communication skills
• Able to climb ladders and safely inspect roofs
• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently

Compensation is negotiable based on experience and may include commission, per-inspection pay, or salary plus commission. This position has growth potential for the right person.
