POSITION TYPE:
Full time
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

• Installation of various types of Roofing, Shingle, Rubber, Dectec, Standing seam metal roofing, James Hardie, Lp, Vinyl, and Metal siding. Anderson windows
• Experience in Flashing Detail/Water Proofing the exterior of a house
• Experience in repair work, diagnosing leaks
• Experience breaking metal
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Assists the Crew Foreman with his/her duties, as required

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years or similar of construction experience
• Outgoing personality, able to connect with people effectively
• Ability to work with others as a team
• Able to work some evening and weekends when necessary
• Drivers License
• Bilingual is a plus
