We are looking for experienced commercial subcontract labor crews for ongoing and upcoming projects throughout the Raleigh area and surrounding markets.
TRADES NEEDED
- Commercial Roofing Crews
- Fiber Cement / Hardie Siding Crews
- Fiber Cement Siding Crews
- Gutter & Downspout Crews
- Sheet Metal / Architectural Metal Crews
- Soffit & Fascia Installation
- Flashing & Exterior Metal Trim
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Established, dependable subcontractor crews that understand commercial and multifamily construction. We need crews that can maintain manpower, meet production schedules, communicate with field management, and provide quality installations.
Requirements:
- Commercial or multifamily experience preferred
- Experienced foreman/crew leader
- Reliable transportation
- Proper tools and equipment
- Ability to maintain adequate manpower
- General Liability and Workers’ Compensation insurance
- W-9 and required subcontractor documentation
- OSHA/safety compliance
- Ability to read plans and follow manufacturer specifications
- Must maintain clean and professional jobsites
