We are seeking skilled and experienced roofing subcontractor crews to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with various roofing materials, including shingle, flat, torch down, metal, and tile. Responsibilities include the removal of old roofing materials, installation of new roofing systems, and ensuring high-quality workmanship on all projects. Also seeking repair crew to do quality repairs to roofs.
**Requirements:**
- At least 5 year of experience in roofing
- Knowledge of safety procedures
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Fortified installation experience a must
- Reliable transportation and necessary tools/equipment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
