A well-established, reputable roofing company in the Cincinnati area is seeking experienced asphalt shingle roofing subcontractor crews who are skilled in HAND-NAILING roof installations.

We currently have dozens of projects available and ready to schedule and are looking for dependable, experienced crews interested in consistent work and a long-term partnership.

IMPORTANT – HAND-NAILING REQUIRED

These are NOT nail-gun projects. All shingles must be installed using traditional hand-nailing methods. Crews must have proven experience with hand-nailed roof installations and be comfortable working exclusively with this installation method.

CREW REQUIREMENTS

Experienced asphalt shingle replacement crew (ideally 5–8 members)
Must be experienced and proficient in hand-nailing shingles
Ability to consistently produce high-quality workmanship
Experience soldering metal roof flashings
Own equipment, tools, and dump trailer
Unbranded work vehicles
Valid driver's license
Active Workers' Compensation, General Liability, and Automotive Insurance
Strong communication, organization, and professionalism
