Roofing Superintendent – All Roofing Systems

Collis Roofing is looking for an experienced, hands-on Roofing Superintendent who is knowledgeable in multiple roofing systems and can lead projects across several divisions. This position is ideal for a superintendent who enjoys variety, is organized, leads crews effectively, and takes pride in delivering quality work while maintaining safety and customer satisfaction.

We are seeking someone who is well-rounded and comfortable working in:

• New Construction
• Residential Shingle
• Tile Roofing
• Commercial Roofing
• Service & Repair
• Warranty

Responsibilities

• Supervise roofing crews and subcontractors.
• Coordinate daily job-site operations.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to company quality standards.
• Inspect workmanship and resolve field issues.
• Communicate effectively with customers, project managers, and office staff.
• Travel between projects and departments as business needs require.

Skills & Requirements

• Extensive roofing experience across multiple roofing systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Good balance, strength, and stamina.
• Ability to lift over 40 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders and work comfortably at heights.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States (E-Verify Participant).
• Must pass a pre-employment urinalysis (Drug-Free Workplace).
