B&B Carpentry is a dedicated residential rough framing company that has been in business for over 20 years. We specialize in high end builds for most of the local builders in the Birmingham/West Bloomfield area. Our team works on the latest and greatest ideas so there is always something new to learn. We strive to give the client the best quality and deliver a clean complete job each and every time. We provide stable work, a safe work environment and opportunities to grow thru the company. Jobs are located near macomb and Oakland county.

Compensation and Benefits

• $24 - $45 per hour based on experience
• Weekly pay directly deposited into your account

• Consistent year-round work/ we use rain days to do inside punch work

Requirements

• Frame, square, plumb and brace walls
• Install floor joists, sub flooring and other structural floor components

• Frame conventional roofs, including rafters hips and valleys
• Set roof trusses and install roof sheathing

• Install wall sheathing to include house wrap and have knowledge of Zip system
• Installation of windows and doors along with proper taping methods

• Install exterior siding, trim, soffit, fasia and tongue and groove ceilings
• Experience safely working with ladders, scaffolding and elevated areas

• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to work year round outdoors

* Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to work

* Possession of basic hand tools, tool belt, work boots and circular saw
