Position: Rough Carpenter

Salary: $19-24 per hour (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Remove and replace fascia, rafter tails, patio covers, window trim, and other carpentry elements.
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and install rough carpentry materials with precision and accuracy.
• Read reports and diagrams to understand how and what needs to be done at each job
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently.
• Ensure all work is performed with safety standards and regulations in mind.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Rough Carpenter
• Proficient in using carpentry tools and equipment.
• Solid understanding of construction and carpentry techniques.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials when necessary.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
