Description
Looking for skilled tradespeople or independent contractors for a residential project in the Brighton / Highland area.
Work can be handled by a single general contractor or divided among individual trade specialists (framing/deck crews, electricians, drywallers, painters, etc.). Contractors must carry their own liability insurance and have their own tools.
Scope of Work Includes:
Framing & Deck Repairs: Structural framing repairs (jacking required to replace rim joist) plus deck repair work.
Electrical: Minor wiring updates and rough-in.
Insulation & Drywall: Install insulation followed by drywall hang, tape, mud, and finish. Note: Drywall hanging phase must be completed before the first fall freeze.
Finish Carpentry: Installation of trim, baseboards, and window/door casings.
Painting: Prime and finish paint.
Requirements: Must have reliable transportation, proper insurance, and references/photos of past work. Immediate or near-future availability required.
