RUBBER MACHINE OPERATOR / PRODUCTION HELPER

Legacy Rubber is a growing rubber extrusion manufacturer in Middlefield, Ohio. We make gaskets, seals, and custom rubber profiles used in buildings and products across the country. We are looking for reliable, hands on people to join our production team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Feed rubber compound into extrusion machines and keep the line running steady
• Watch product coming off the line and flag anything that doesn't look right
• Cut, coil, pack, and label finished product
• Clean machines, dies, and work areas at the end of runs and shifts
• Help with basic upkeep and maintenance around the plant
• Move material and finished goods around the shop
• Follow all safety rules and keep the work area organized

SCHEDULE

• Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM (half hour lunch)
• 40 hours per week
• Every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Dependable and on time every shift
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working around machinery in a manufacturing setting
• Willing to learn and take direction
• Good attitude and works well with a team

A PLUS IF YOU HAVE

• Rubber extrusion experience
• General maintenance or mechanical experience
• Factory, warehouse, or general labor experience

No experience? We will train the right person.

PAY
$15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience
