We own an established fencing business in Longview, Washington, and are looking for the right person to take charge of daily operations and help grow the company.

### What You'll Do

• Be on-site daily and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Meet customers, measure jobs, prepare estimates, and email proposals.
• Develop new business and maintain existing customer relationships.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise fence installers.
• Schedule and manage projects from start to finish.
• Oversee installation quality, job costs, and customer satisfaction.

**You don't need to install fences yourself**, but you must have the experience to train installers, direct their work, and ensure jobs are done correctly.
