RV Lot Attendant / RV Repair Technician

We are a fast-growing RV rental company with a fleet of 38 RVs, focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences through clean, reliable, and road-ready vehicles. We are looking for a dependable, hands-on team member to assist with lot operations, RV preparation, maintenance, and basic repairs.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, solving problems, and learning new skills in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for advancement.

#### Responsibilities

• Prepare RVs for customer departures and returns
• Driving - delivering and picking up RV's on reservation
• Clean, stock, wash, and inspect rental units
• Check for damage, cleanliness, and operational issues
• Perform basic maintenance and repairs on RV systems
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, and mechanical components
• Assist with batteries, lights, awnings, slide-outs, and water systems
• Support customers during pick-up and drop-off
• Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient lot
• Keep accurate repair and inspection records

#### Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Mechanically inclined with troubleshooting ability
• Comfortable working outdoors and around large vehicles
• Valid California driver’s license with clean driving record
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to operate or learn to operate RVs and trailers
• RV, automotive, detailing, or maintenance experience is a plus

• Must provide basic hand and power tools
• Weekend and holiday availability may be required
