Basecamp RV Sales is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced RV Technician to join our team immediately!

Pay is Full Time $32hr

We are Northern California’s Lance Truck Camper dealership, specializing in Lance truck campers, pre-owned RVs, travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers, and motorhomes. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and can diagnose and repair a wide variety of RV systems.

Position Details

Full-Time

Monday–Friday
7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Immediate Start Available
Competitive pay based on experience

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair RVs and truck campers

Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, propane, appliance, HVAC, slide-out, awning, leveling, roof, and water intrusion issues
Perform inspections, maintenance, and warranty repairs
Install accessories and upgrades
Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
Keep a clean and organized work area
Communicate clearly with the service team and management

Qualifications:

Previous RV technician experience required

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Experience with truck campers is a PLUS
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, LP gas, appliances, and general RV construction
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude with strong attention to detail
Dependable, punctual, and motivated
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
