Safety Associate - Commercial Construction

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of field experience with a clean personal safety record.

Technical Skills: Deep understanding of state and federal OSHA requirements, root cause analysis, and OSHA compliance.

Core Responsibilities:

Conducting "Toolbox Talks" and safety training sessions.
Managing safety incentive and awareness programs.
Liaising with local municipalities, including fire departments and fire sprinkler inspectors.
Collaborating closely with department heads and the internal safety department.

Soft Skills: Must be self-motivated, highly skilled, and able to work in an aggressive, high-pressure operating environment.
