Immediate opening for an experienced Safety Carpenter to support a large commercial construction project in Florence, TX.

This position focuses on building and maintaining temporary safety structures that keep the jobsite safe and OSHA compliant. If you have strong commercial carpentry experience and take pride in quality work, we'd like to talk with you.

Responsibilities

Build temporary decks, platforms, and access walkways
Install handrails, guardrails, barricades, and other safety structures
Perform miscellaneous carpentry throughout the jobsite
Repair and maintain existing safety systems
Work closely with field supervision to keep the project safe and organized
Follow all OSHA and company safety standards
Requirements
Commercial carpentry experience required
Experience building temporary safety structures preferred
Proficient with hand and power tools
Valid documentation to work in the United States (I-9 verification required)
Must be able to pass a background check
Reliable transportation
Strong work ethic and safety mindset
