Position Title: Sales Consultant / Customer Experience Specialist
Location: Valder’s Vehicles – Hinckley, MN
Employment Type: Full-Time (Saturday Required)

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping customers find the right trailer, truck accessory, or vehicle solution for their needs.
Position Summary
The Sales Consultant serves as the primary point of contact for customers from initial inquiry through delivery and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in person, online, and by phone.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate trailers, vehicles, and accessories.
- Respond promptly to leads, inquiries, and customer requests.
- Prepare quotes, financing information, and product recommendations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and walkarounds.
- Follow up with customers throughout the sales process and after delivery.
- Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
- Use social media to promote yourself, inventory, special offers, and customer success stories.
- Use your personal and professional network to promote inventory and generate referrals.
- Help maintain attractive and organized inventory displays.
- Collaborate with service, parts, and management teams.
- Assist with dealership events, promotions, and community outreach.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to build trust and lasting customer relationships.
- Valid driver's license.
- Sales experience preferred but not required.
- Trailer, automotive, powersports, RV, equipment, or truck accessory knowledge is a plus.
