SALES & FIELD manager

Helping our growing commercial asphalt sealcoating and striping company spread the word! We specialize in asphalt sealcoating and parking lot striping for commercial properties. Business is expanding rapidly, and we are looking for a motivated Sales & Field Manager to handle business development, client relations, and on-site project management.

WORK ARRANGEMENT & COMPENSATION

Schedule: Flexible, based on project timelines. Peak season brings more projects and active time in the field; the off-season is slower. A great fit for anyone who wants flexibility in managing their time.

No Experience Required: It is easy to pick up!

Pay: Independent Contractor (1099) role. High payout potential with fast payouts—commission, compensation structure, and details are discussed directly with the owner. The more you put in, the more you earn!

REQUIREMENTS

Reliable pickup truck and a valid driver's license (Required).

Willing and able to travel throughout the Southeast for site visits and project management.

Strong communication skills, highly reliable, and a self-starter who gets things done.
