SALIENT BUILDERS IS HIRING – FULL-TIME CONSTRUCTION POSITIONS

A growing local construction company is hiring for multiple positions. We’re looking for dependable, hardworking people who want steady, full-time work.

All positions are 40 hours per week.

🔨 HELPERS — $20–$25/hour

Ideal for someone who is hardworking and comfortable with physical labor. Duties include:

Moving and lifting lumber and materials

Loading and unloading materials
Keeping job sites clean and organized
Assisting our technicians and tradesmen
Learning construction skills on the job
🛠️ TECHNICIANS — $25–$35/hour

For individuals who have construction experience and know how to safely use common tools. Responsibilities may include:

Basic carpentry

Using power and hand tools
Demolition and installation
Framing, drywall, trim, flooring and other general construction
Assisting with remodeling projects
👷 TEAM LEADS / LICENSED TRADESMEN — $35–$45/hour

Looking for experienced individuals who can take responsibility for jobs and lead projects. We are especially interested in licensed or experienced:

HVAC technicians

Plumbers
Electricians
Experienced carpenters/remodelers
Construction team leads
