San Diego Contractors! Glass Fence and Railing Installs (Warm Leads)

Successful glass fence and railing company is looking for a licensed contractor or glazier to partner with in San Diego.

We are a glass fence/rail company with a team in Los Angeles and Orange County. We run a very strong SEO and Google Ads system in our area, but also get plenty of calls from the San Diego area, and don't currently have an installation partner there. We miss out on most of these jobs because we don't always have time to travel. We're looking for a reliable professional to handle on-site estimates and installations with a crew.

How this works:

I get calls from SD-area homeowners and developers, give them preliminary quotes over the phone based on footage and project requirements, and if they're interested in an on-site estimate, I call you to schedule. So, every lead is vetted by us first before we send anything to you (we want to avoid tire kickers as much as you).

You go out, take the measurements, and send me the details (usually just a basic number for footage and other install details).

I generate the estimate, add your labor rate, and send it to the client to close the deal.

You can set your own install rates, or use our rates to start (average job runs $3,000–$6,000 priced by the linear foot, bigger jobs run $7,500–$10,000+).

If we close the job, I'll need a very basic line drawing from you with measurements in inches, which I'll use to calculate glass panel dimensions. I'll work closely with you on confirming the materials.

Our signature system is easy to install, and we can provide support when needed.

If we partner on a few jobs and they go well, we'd want to run and manage a separate Google Ads campaign for your area to drive more leads. Potential for profit sharing on materials. Potential franchising opportunities down the road. We've run this exact model successfully in LA/OC and Florida for 5+ years.

Who we're looking for:

Serious professionals only, ideally with a crew and experience installing glass railing and/or glass pool fences. C-17 license or similar is a major plus. We're actively getting calls, and I will reach out to get jobs scheduled for you. If you plan on bailing, please don't bother responding.
