School and Park construction projects up to $68.00 per hour

We design and build playgrounds for schools, churches and apartments throughout the Bay area. We are looking for applicants that have construction experience, Regular pay is from $25 to $65 per hour depending on experience with opportunity for growth. Some projects are prevailing wage at $65 per hour! Some travel for out of town projects.

Read plans and installation instructions. Layout footings, dig footings and set posts in concrete.
Assemble per manufacturers' installation guidelines.
A variety of surfacing needs to be installed under the play structure artificial turf, wood chips, etc. Most important is installing a wet pour rubber which is mixed at the job site and poured Screed and trowel the product similar to concrete,
A compacted base rock must be installed as a sub grade. Grade for drainage.
Valid driver’s license and must meet I-9 requirements and is required on certain projects fingerprinting, e-verify documentation.
