We’re a print shop and custom apparel business based in Evergreen, CO looking for screen printers to join our production team. The responsibilities of this role include setting up and printing screen print orders while ensuring the best quality and meeting deadlines.

Job Responsibilities

-Must be able to register and print technical jobs on a manual press
-Strong dedication to producing quality prints every time
-Have knowledge of chemicals, ink, processes, etc., involved with screen printing
-Screen prep, burning screens, mix ink, setup and reclaiming
-Cleanliness, organization and attention to detail are a must

Job Requirements & Experience

-Experience operating manual screen print presses in a garment decorating environment/company strongly preferred
-Heat press experience
-Experience with DTG printing and embroidery is a huge plus
-Hard worker, self-motivated, reliable, and arrives to work on time
-Commitment to honesty and have a positive attitude in a team work environment
-Lift up to 30 lbs. regularly
-Must be able to stand for long periods of time while operating a screen printing press
-Ability to troubleshoot while printing and think on your feet
-See fine detail in printed product and check for color accuracy and quality
-Must be able to comprehend and follow written and oral instructions and procedures
-Must be able to multi-task in a continuous-feed work environment
-Must have basic computer skills to receive orders
-Must have reliable transportation as this job is in Evergreen (winter driving required)

-$18-$24/hour, depending on experience
