Position Summary
Signature Imagewear is seeking a motivated and experienced Screenprint Supervisor to lead our screen-printing department. The Screenprint Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production operations, supervising machine operators, maintaining equipment, ensuring product quality, and coordinating with other departments to meet customer due dates. This position requires strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Essential Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the screen-printing department.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of screen-printing machine operators.
• Schedule work and assign production tasks to maximize efficiency.
• Set up screen printing jobs and verify production specifications prior to startup.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Order and maintain inventory of inks, screens, chemicals, replacement parts, and other production supplies.
• Conduct quality inspections throughout the production process to ensure customer specifications are met.
• Identify and resolve production or quality issues promptly.
• Communicate daily with Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse, Embroidery, Shipping, and other departments to ensure orders are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Monitor production timelines and prioritize work to meet customer due dates.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and operating procedures.
• Assist with process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in screen printing production required.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automatic and manual screen-printing equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform routine equipment maintenance.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
