Green Life Care está buscando un jardinero trabajador y de buena onda para unirse a nuestro equipo. Somos un grupo unido que se enorgullece de su trabajo y se apoya mutuamente — si eso te suena bien, hablemos.
Este puesto comienza medio tiempo (20 horas/semana) durante un período de prueba de 2 semanas, con el objetivo de ofrecer tiempo completo una vez que veamos que encajas bien (¡y creemos que sí!).

Lo que harás:

Mantener los sistemas de riego funcionando bien (conocimientos básicos de solución de problemas son un plus)
Podar setos y arbustos para que se vean bien cuidados
Darles a las plantas el cuidado que necesitan — poda, fertilización, y estar atento a plagas o enfermedades
Encargarte del mantenimiento diario en propiedades residenciales y comerciales
Usar herramientas y equipo con seguridad y cuidado
Ser una cara amigable y profesional cuando estemos en propiedades de clientes

Lo que buscamos:

Licencia de conducir vigente (indispensable)

Buen conocimiento práctico de riego y cuidado de plantas
Experiencia podando setos y comodidad para trabajar al aire libre, con sol o lluvia
Buena ética de trabajo y atención al detalle
Alguien que llegue a tiempo, haga su parte, y realmente disfrute ser parte de un equipo
Disponibilidad para comenzar medio tiempo durante la prueba, con posibilidad real de pasar a tiempo completo

Green Life Care is on the hunt for a hardworking, easygoing gardener to join our crew. We're a tight-knit team that takes pride in our work and has each other's backs — if that sounds like your kind of crew, let's talk.
This gig starts part-time (20 hours/week) for a 2-week trial run, with the goal of bringing you on full-time once we know it's a great fit (and we think it will be!).

What you'll be doing:

Keeping irrigation systems running smoothly (some troubleshooting know-how goes a long way)
Trimming hedges and shrubs so they look sharp
Giving plants the TLC they need — pruning, fertilizing, keeping an eye out for pests or disease
Handling day-to-day maintenance on residential and commercial properties
Using tools and equipment safely and with care
Being a friendly, professional face when we're on client properties

What we're looking for:

A valid driver's license (non-negotiable)

Good working knowledge of irrigation and plant care
Hedge-trimming experience and comfort working outdoors, rain or shine
A strong work ethic and an eye for detail
Someone who shows up on time, pulls their weight, and genuinely likes being part of a team
Open to starting part-time during the trial, with real potential to grow into full-time
