Looking for part time seafood butcher

Job would entail:

butchering of fish - not whole fish, just cutting down to fillets

Management of kitchen during shift

Following recipes for seafood dishes

Preparing large scale brines for smoked fish

Who we are:

Small seafood retailer based in Roseville that is mainly farmers market based. We provide high quality seafood throughout Northern California.

Food handlers card is a plus but not required.

Ability to lift ~50 lbs
Ability to stand for long periods of time up to three hours
Experience with seafood or meat is a plus
