Store Manager – Georgetown, DE
SealMaster (www.sealmaster.net), the nation’s leading manufacturer and distributor of asphalt pavement sealers, pavement maintenance products, sportcourt color coatings, tools, and equipment, is hiring a Store Manager for our new Georgetown, Delaware location opening in July 2026.
We are looking for a dependable, customer friendly person who can confidently manage daily store operations, deliver superior customer service, enthusiastically grow sales, and maintain a clean, organized, high-performing store.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations
- Provide excellent customer service
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Maintain accurate paperwork, sales tickets, and payment records
- Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized
- Management, retail, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Mechanically inclined preferred
- Forklift experience preferred

- Pass a pre-employment drug test
- Peak Season (Mid-March through Thanksgiving): Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, plus Saturdays from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM
- Off Season: December, January, and February: Tuesday through Thursday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with additional on-call responsibilities to meet customers upon their request.
- Salary: $1,250.00 per week (Paid 52 weeks/year)
- Extra pay for servicing customers After Hours and making Mechanical Repairs
- Performance-based year-end bonus
