Seamstress - Flag Repair & Mending - Work from Home

Custom Flag Company has been proudly serving customers since 1998, providing high-quality American, state, military, custom, and commercial flags. We are looking for an experienced Seamstress to repair and extend the life of our customers' flags from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities

• Repair torn seams and frayed fly ends.
• Reinforce areas prone to wear to extend the life of the flag.
• Operate your own sewing machine and basic sewing equipment.
• Maintain consistent, high-quality workmanship.
• Fold repaired flags for storage.
• Meet agreed-upon turnaround times.
• Communicate with our team regarding any concerns.

Qualifications

• Previous sewing or seamstress experience required.
• Experience repairing outdoor fabrics, upholstery, canvas, or similar materials is a plus.
• Must have your own reliable sewing machine capable of handling medium- to heavy-weight fabrics.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and dependable.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Work Location

• Work from your home.
• Pick up and drop off repair work at our Westminster office. This is negotiable, depending on location, we can possibly arrange weekly pick-up and delivery.
• Flexible schedule work the hours that fit your lifestyle while meeting agreed deadlines.

Compensation

• Competitive pay based on experience.
• We are hiring one Full-time (full benefits) or two part-time (no benefits) opportunities available.
• Full-time position (40 hours per week) includes benefit package including health insurance, 401K, vacation.
