Searching for reliable part time landscaping and lawncare worker!

We're searching for a new team member to be part of our family landscaping and lawncare business that has been open since 1972. To qualify as a candidate, you must meet the following criteria:

High Stamina & Strength: The job requires lifting heavy materials (mulch, soil, paver stones up to 50+ lbs), bending, kneeling, and walking multiple miles a day.

Weather Resilience: Comfort working long hours in dynamic outdoor conditions, including extreme heat, rain, cold, and high humidity.

Hand-Eye Coordination: Essential for safely operating sharp tools, heavy machinery, and precision power equipment like trimmers and chainsaws.

Attention to Detail: Precision in clean lines during edging, proper planting depths, consistent mowing patterns, and thorough job-site cleanups.

Teamwork & Communication: Ability to coordinate with crew members, follow site supervisor directions, and communicate respectfully with clients.

Reliability & Time Management: Punctuality and strong work ethic to ensure daily route schedules and project deadlines are met.

Problem-Solving Skills: Adaptability to handle unexpected challenges on site, such as hidden underground utilities, stubborn terrain, or sudden weather changes.

Pay is weekly. You will be a 1099 worker (Responsible for paying and doing your own taxes, our pay is tax free). Pay will be negotiated at interview depending on skill level at this type of work, knowledge of equipment, and understanding of the company after the interview. (we do not drug test, just dont do it at work)
