Seasonal Holiday Lighting Installer – $17-$20/hr

Blingle of South Florida is hiring dependable, hardworking Seasonal Holiday Lighting Installers for the upcoming holiday season.

This is a hands-on outdoor position installing professional Christmas and holiday lighting on residential and commercial properties throughout Miami-Dade and Broward. The position runs through late January and includes installations, service calls, takedowns, and organization of lighting and materials. Work locations vary daily throughout Miami-Dade and Broward counties. Applicants must have reliable transportation to the designated meeting/work location.

Pay & Schedule

• $17–$20/hour based on experience and ability
• Seasonal 1099 contract position through late January
• Additional hours should be expected during peak holiday weeks
• Some weekends and workdays longer than 8 hours may be required
• Strong performers may have opportunities for continued work after the holiday season

What You’ll Do

• Install C9 roofline lighting and wrap trees, palms, columns, and landscaping with holiday lights
• Install wreaths, garlands, displays, timers, extension cords, connectors, and related equipment
• Work safely on extension ladders and boom lifts at heights up to approximately 40 feet
• Test and troubleshoot lighting
• Load/unload trucks and organize materials
• Maintain clean, professional job sites
• Assist with takedowns and organization after the season
• Follow crew leader and company safety procedures

Requirements

• 18+ years old
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation to the designated meeting/work location
• Must be comfortable working on ladders and at heights up to approximately 40 feet
• Able to repeatedly climb ladders and lift/carry approximately 50 lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors in South Florida heat and changing weather conditions
• Dependable, punctual, safety-conscious, and able to work well with a crew
• Flexible availability during peak holiday weeks

All new installers will complete a ladder, height, and safety evaluation on their first day. Continued work in the installer role is contingent upon safely completing this evaluation.

Experience in holiday lighting, landscape lighting, landscaping, roofing, construction, electrical/low-voltage work, tree work, painting, sign installation, or ladder/lift work is preferred but not required. Relevant experience may qualify candidates for the higher end of the starting pay range.
