Description
We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented team member to join our crew for a seasonal Assembly & Fulfillment role at Earth Runners.
This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with their hands, getting into a steady workflow, and being part of a small, mission-driven team.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Assembling sandals based on daily/weekly priority lists
Printing, sorting, and organizing shipping labels
Picking and pulling items for order fulfillment
Packing orders according to our packaging standards
Performing quality checks before shipment
Receiving and organizing incoming inventory
Assisting with unloading shipments when needed
Keeping your workspace clean and dialed
Communicating with team members to keep production flowing smoothly
Checking in with Shipping Lead & Fulfillment Manager to complete batch goals
Who You Are:
Enjoy working with your hands (crafting, building, assembling, etc.)
Detail-oriented and take pride in quality work
Comfortable with repetitive tasks and finding a productive rhythm
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
Able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Team player with clear communication
Bonus (not required):
Experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or production environments
Familiarity with basic computer tasks (printing labels, order systems)
Interest in health, nature, or minimalist living
Schedule & Details:
Seasonal position (with potential for longer-term fit)
Part-time or full-time hours available (24–40 hrs/week)
Located in Sebastopol
