Seasoned Carpenter Needed for Ongoing Work

We are looking for a seasoned carpenter for occasional projects at residential buildings in and around Roscoe Village.

We are looking to establish a relationship with an experienced carpenter we can call when projects arise. This has potential to become a full-time position.

Potential work may include:

• Door and jamb repair/replacement
• Stairs, railings, and trim
• Framing and finish carpentry
• Wood repair and replacement
• Exterior carpentry
• General building repairs requiring skilled carpentry
• Other projects as needed

We are looking for someone with substantial hands-on experience who can assess a project, recommend the appropriate repair, and complete quality work without extensive supervision.

Reliability, communication, attention to detail, and respect for occupied residential properties are important.

Please have your own tools and reliable transportation.
