Seeeking General Contractor Licensed in South Carolina for Supervision

Project manager looking for a licensed South Carolina General Contractor to oversee a job in Charleston area. The job is mostly cosmetic with light mechanical and also plumbing renovation of bathrooms in an existing building. We will be hiring South Carolina licensed Plumbing, Mechanical and any trade we need.

This is an ideal job for a retired GC or someone who is slowing down. Our architect will be finished with plans in the next few weeks and then we will hit the ground running. It does not matter if you live close to Charleston. This is a supervisory position and you can make your own hours.
