Seeking ADAS Calibration Specialist

Established Auto Body shop with locations in Santa Cruz and Scotts Valley looking to fill ADAS calibration specialist position.

We are seeking a skilled and dependable ADAS Calibration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on automotive experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to perform Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) calibrations according to manufacturer specifications. A valid driver’s license and prior automotive experience are required.

Responsibilities

Perform static and dynamic ADAS calibrations on various vehicle makes and models
Diagnose and troubleshoot ADAS-related systems and sensors
Inspect vehicles to ensure calibration readiness
Use calibration equipment and OEM procedures accurately
Document calibration results and maintain service records
Conduct road tests when required
Communicate effectively with technicians, management, and customers
Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements

Previous automotive repair, collision repair, or ADAS calibration experience required
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required
Ability to safely operate customer vehicles
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with OEM calibration procedures and scan tools preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
High school diploma or GED preferred
Preferred Qualifications
ASE certifications are a plus
Experience with diagnostic software and alignment systems
Knowledge of vehicle electrical and safety systems
