Seeking BMW/MINI Cooper Technician

Experienced BMW / MINI Cooper Technician Wanted – Flagship Culver City Location – Top Pay / No Weekends

We are a busy BMW and MINI Cooper specialty shop with two Southern California locations and have been proudly serving BMW and MINI owners since 2015.

We are currently looking for an experienced Automotive Technician to join the team at our newest flagship location in Culver City.

This is a great opportunity for a skilled, money-motivated technician who wants steady work, top pay, and a strong team atmosphere without the stress and drama of the dealership environment.

We are looking for someone with verifiable BMW, MINI, or German vehicle experience. Dealer experience is preferred but not required. Technicians with VW, Audi, Porsche, or Mercedes-Benz experience will also be considered.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for an experienced technician who can diagnose, repair, and produce quality work in a busy, high-volume shop environment.

What We Offer:

Commission pay up to $50.00 per flag hour

Weekly guarantee up to $2,000, based on experience
Six-figure income potential
Signing bonus up to $3,000 for qualified A-level BMW/MINI technicians

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of automotive technician experience

BMW, MINI, or German vehicle experience strongly preferred
Must have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Must be reliable, motivated, and able to work efficiently in a busy shop
Must take pride in quality repairs and diagnostics

We are not currently training entry-level technicians for this position. Experienced technicians only.
