Seeking certified AC contractor split AC system work - prevailing $

We have a three-zone mini-split AC system which has recently been mechanically installed. It consists of a 36k BTU compressor, one 18k ceiling cassette and two 9k wall units. It is rated at SEER 23 and has strong industry reviews, but is not Daikin or Mitsubishi. Pretty much everything is in place and the refrigerant lines have been laid but are not connected at either end. Nothing is hard to access. Power and drainage are done, except for areas which are not connected to provide space for work. In order to perfect the solid warranty on the system (plus to finish it out as expected) we need a state certified HVAC contractor to complete and verify compliance for the following in a letter:
1) Connect the refrigerant lines to units and compressor
2) Run and document the required vacuum tests
3) Fully charge the lines
4) Run a test of the system.
Note this role does not require any warranting of the overall installation or the equipment itself, just that you completed the above list as required by regulations. Since this is a fully specialized activity request, we expect there to be a premium to pay. You’d also be covered if you did your job but there was something else wrong in the installation/system.
