Construction Crew Leader / Lead Carpenter

North Bay GC company looking for an experienced, dependable construction professional to lead one of our field crews for projects focused in West Marin and/or other North Bay locations.

This is an opportunity for someone who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, enjoys solving problems independently, and wants to be trusted with responsibility.

What You'll Do:

Lead a two-person to three person field crew (you + 1-2 assigned laborers)
Manage day-to-day construction activities on residential and commercial projects
Coordinate with project management and subcontractors
Read plans and execute work accurately
Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and workmanship
Communicate progress, material needs, and jobsite issues

Projects Include:

Commercial tenant improvements

Restaurants
Structural framing
Finish carpentry
Doors, windows, siding
Concrete and site work
General construction and remodeling

Qualifications:

5+ years of construction experience preferred
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong knowledge of multiple construction trades
Comfortable reading construction plans
Professional communication and leadership skills
Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL a plus)
Reliable, punctual, and organized
